A judge has approved the next steps of a $100 million lawsuit filed against the singer Beyonce by a videogame maker. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos has ejected the request of Beyonce’ legal team to throw out the suit. The lawsuit was filed by Gate Five LLC, who argues that Beyonce “double crossed” them by stepping out of their plans to make a videogame with her at the last minute.
