After two years of lower pay packages, CEOs at the major companies in America saw their pay rise by a stunning 36.5% last year, according to a CEO compensation survey. GMI, a research group, surveyed CEO pay at companies in the S&P 500 and did a broader survey of 3,000 CEOs. The second survey showed that execs netted a 27% increase.
