According to the National Enquirer, the real reason Vanessa is dissolving the marriage is that she suspected 33 year old Kobe was cheating on her and a private detective confirm her suspicions. “[Vanessa] estimated that he was averaging at least 10 affairs a year with different women over the course of their marriage and puts his number of conquests at 105,” a friend told the tabloid. “The lies and deceit hurt, of course, but racking up those kinds of numbers is mind-blowing and left her devastated. And when she discovered he was cheating during the recent NBA lockout, that was the final straw. her private detective caught him redhanded with incriminating photos.”
Not even former teammate Shaquille O’Neal had those kind of numbers. Tiger Woods, on the other hand, had Kobe beat. Vanessa is apparently telling friends she believes Kobe had a jumpoff in “every NBA city.”

It’s obviously Kobe Bryant want his cake and eat it too. If he truly loved his wife why would he put her through the hurt and pain, there’s a saying you hurt the one you love, I don’t believe that when you love someone you give them your all not just a part of you, you give them your undying respect, in Kobe case he did neither, I think his soon to be ex-wife is doing the right thing too walk away because to stay and hope he will change is looking and asking too much from him, it’s a habit to him now and old habits die very hard. He is out there sleeping with numerous women and who know who these women have slept with, it’s a no win situation and the wife could catch a disease that would be something to take into terms as well. Cheating is a dangerous game you never know what to expect normally nothing good will come from it.
Think of the chaos sexing so many people–in love w/none! drugs/alcohol too Kobe? Wife played him too for a big cash out?
Having gone through a situation similar, I am proud of Vanessa for divorcing him. Take that money girl and find you a real man… one that will love you and not be a nasty cheater. I don’t understand how a married man can cheat with these nasty women knowing that they have a GOOD woman at home. NASTY BOY!!!

She knew the deal when she married him. It was an investment for her, she had babies and got rich, period. This is an old story and it is tired. The man raped a woman and she stood by her man just like one Herman Cain and his wife, ugh!!
i love and support vanessa – however – i truely believe that kobe loves vanessa. saying that – this is the deal that i suggest. DIVORCE HIM, NOW! TAKE YOUR HALF OF THE $300k and run (he will follow). Now vanessa, you know you love him, marry him again (w/out a pre-nup) and hopefully live happily ever after. AND IF HE CHEATS again, divorce again and GET PAID AGAIN. Now this is why this makes sense – eventually he will come to his senses and relize what a prize for a wife —OR— he will be so damn broke, nobody will want is poor a*s.
One thing for sure, women can not stop men from cheating – however – there are a few individuals that we can “encourage” them, financially, to modify their behavior. only time will tell, and of course – if 3 houses and $150k will make you happy, vannessa, go in the name of pease, love and happiness – on your merry way. we will always love you!
