Andre Curry, the 21-year old man who showed a picture of his daughter with her hands and legs tied up and mouth covered with tape, is “devastated” by his situation. His attorney made those remarks after police began their investigation behind the pictures that Curry posted on his Facebook page. Curry is being charged in Chicago with aggravated domestic battery, a felony.Curry’s bond has been set at $100,000.
