  4. I understand the same situation occured in Chicago too. This city is known to have one of the worst school systems in the nation. I seems that the parents would take that money and invest it in their child’s education by paying tution for a private school, buying their children books for them to read and enjoy over the holidays, or taking them on a short trip. However, they would rather stand in line for a free turkey and stand in line to buy some expensive gym shoes. I am sorry but I just do not understand it.
