Man Shot Girlfriend in Front of Jail, Police Say: MyFoxDFW.com
Police arrested a suspect in the shooting of a 26-year-old state jail employee who was wounded Tuesday afternoon as she left work near downtown Dallas.
Walter Moore, 29, was arrested in Lancaster on Wednesday charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence.
The victim, Shiva Daniels, was able to describe to police what happened as she got in her car outside the Dawson State Jail.
According to a 911 call, Daniels said Moore shot her and told her she “was going to die.” She said his name twice to the 911 operator.
An ambulance rushed her to Parkland Hospital where she underwent emergency surgery. On Wednesday friends said her condition was improving.
Moore has a history of family violence arrests, and is being held on $250,000 bond.
Court records show the couple had been arguing over custody, child support and the paternity of their 4-year-old twin daughters. Moore had custody of the girls but recently found out he is not their biological father.

Exactly. He had custody of the kids, even with a “history” of family violence. Sooo how bad must she have been. Not that it is ever ok to shoot another human being… but evn the calmest, most educated brotha would have shook the crap out of her.

While we are looking at each other side ways are freedom , air ,water, way of life is being stolen one foot at a time. Some say they want to see a miricle done before they devote their life to God,,, but if you love and respect God their should not be a need for this, Cause we do know each day we wake lets us all know his power!! Walking, talking, reading, eating, drinking, looking at sports, what ever you do in a day shows miricle after miricle! but we want to be rich, We want money & power to show other’s we are someone special but in the eyes of God we are just weak to a superficial exsistance.

But their is no need to fear what is pure and rightous but what is not feared is ungodly actions that we as humans do on a daily basis because its feels comfortible to us and yes we do know what we are doing as even people of God, Just so we don’t hurt the feelings of the sinners we most want to impress!! and the more we try and impress the sinner we continuly loose are spiritaul balence for the one who loves us unconditionly.
Each day we see a goverment who has lead us a stray in their actions & promiss to make the lives of poor and ignorant so much better, But what has happen is we have put on their shoulders our trust to humans politicts in witch the people of God should not have any dealings with! Because poliiticts is another word for imperfection! we do this so when the politition makes a misstake we can put the blame on them to feel better about our selfs,
There will be allot of room on the new earth for the rightous people whom have sevred God with dilegence and honer cause their are so many of us who are letting the kindom of God slip right through are fingers because of pride! the false pride most people think is good, Not having a clue just how stupid we have become on this earth!! If we just take a good look around at what is real, Like Just how uncaring people are to one another and how easy it is for them to step on a man to gain a few pennies more in stead of helping that person gain an equal share so they can be on the same level, Cause if were all on the same level their’s no need for envy among people.
On the tragic day of 911 so many lives were lost because greed, Instead of trying to uptain oil with honesty and integrty our leaders felt the need to just go and take what they want as in the beginning of time!! With some people who are greedy and selfish! Not caring what may happen to us the people as a whole!! The people who pay for wars and what ever else we are told to do cause if we don’t we can end up in jail or dead. America the land of the free home of the brave, Brave is right when I think of how hard are native brother’s had to fight and die for what was theirs and for what they beleived in their family’s and their land!!! People of God do not give up, Just be all you can be for now and keep your head up high until that day we meet the judge!! Jesus!! So try an be brave so that we can show others just what is needed to be a person who wants to see the King!!!!
