A: Khaotic-less Concierge Service provides an affordable and effective solution for acquiring professional concierge & errand services. Our courteous staff can fulfill just about any request imaginable 24/7/365 (as long as it's legal of course). Our concierge service is a service designed to provide busy people assistance managing their daily personal and professional tasks, or "to do" lists. Our services help to improve our client's personal and professional lives by giving them back time to focus on the things they need to do or would prefer to do. We operate, as our client's own personal concierge often found only in a luxury hotel or resort.
Q: Why use our errand service?
A: Our service not only undertakes particular tasks but can help you organize your time and take some of the hassle out of your life. Why spend a day phoning around several plumbers, waiting for them to phone back and waiting for quotations when we can take care of the details, allowing you to spend your time more effectively?
Q: How do I order?
A: You may order by telephone, e-mail, fax or by using our customer friendly webpage order form. Click on "Order".
Q: Do you have gift certificates?
A: Yes. Khaotic-Less has gift certificates available for all occasions.
Q: Do you run errands on Saturday and Sunday?
A: Yes. We run errands seven days a week.
Q: I have an item that I need help with... but it is not on your list of services. Can you help me?
A: Our list of services expands everyday as needs of our clients are presented to us. Click on Contact Us. Let us know what your need is on this form and we will promptly respond with a yes, no, or ask for more information. We intend to do everything we can to help you.
Q: If I ask you to pick up my groceries, how do I pay for them?
A: Khaotic-less will pay for your groceries and this amount will be added to your errand total.
Q: When do you deliver items you pick up for me?
A: On the order form there is a place for you to indicate when you prefer delivery. We will do everything we can to honor this request or call you with an alternative plan.
Q: Will you drop items off at my house even if I am not there?
A: Yes. You do not have to be home as long as we know where you want us to put your items.
Q: How do you keep refrigerated items cool and frozen items frozen?
A: We pick these items up at the store just prior to your home delivery. We also use coolers if necessary.
Q: Do you bring the items into my home or do I need to take them off your truck?
A: We will put the items where you want us to; however, we will not enter a home without an adult present.
Q: What can I do to order errand services if I do not want to use a credit card?
A: Clients may pay with a check at errand conclusion. Clients may prepay (using paypal or cash) any amount at any time. Ask about prepayment discounts. Khaotic-less will refund any balance at any time.
Q: Do I have to become a member?
A: No. There are no memberships. You only pay for the services you receive and are satisfied with. We’re happy to contract with you by the by the task or for bulk time.
Q: What are "FrequentFriend"?
A: Clients become "Frequent Friend" when they use our services once a week. To maintain "Frequent Friend" status, clients need to continue to order services once a week.
Q: What are the benefits of being a "Frequent Friend"?
A: Our "Frequent Friend" receive the following benefits:
- priority of errand services over other client orders
- every 10 th order the errand stops are free
- 24 hour-7 day services available.
- First notice of Khaotic-less specials and special events.
Q: Do you service areas other than Shelby County, TN?
A: Shelby County, TN is our primary target area, but we also service Northern Mississippi and certain parts of Arkansas. We anticipate expansion to other locations in the future. We will keep you updated.
Q: What if I do not like the quality of an item ordered and delivered to me?
A: We will honor the return policy of each vendor. Enter an errand order to return a certain item to the vendor of origin.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business since November, 2008; however, the owners have been involved in the business community for many years. Khaotic-less is locally owned and operated.
Q: What is "Step Out of Chaos Tips & Tidbits"?
A: The “Step Out of Chaos Tips & Tidbits"” sections are valuable tips, thoughts and other information that we would like to share. The owner of Khaotic-less believes we as individuals need to continue to grow and learn and become the best that we can become. This is a life long process that should never end.
Q: How much time can I save a week by using your services?
A: If you choose to order all your weekly errands from us, we estimate you may save approximately 5-10 hours a week.
Q: Will you pick up my kids from school and drop them off at my home?
A: No, Khaotic-less does not transport children. Hopefully by providing you with all your other -errand services, you will have time to pick up your own children at school and talk to their teachers and become more involved in the education process. However under certain circumstances we occasionally transport adults.
Q: Will you take my pet to the local kennel or veterinarian?
A: Yes. But the pet must have a cage supplied by the owner. A separate vehicle area will be used to transport pets... away from other articles such as clothes, food, etc.
Q: What is the earliest time in the morning you will pick up items at my home?
A: We are early birds. Indicate on your order what time you want items picked up. We'll do our best to honor this time request.
Q: Will you run an errand for me on a holiday?
A: Yes, however additional fees will apply.
