General Errand Services:
The rate for most errand services is $20.00 per hour, Monday through Friday from 6am-8pm.
Additional fees will be charged for:
Direct Service – 3 Times Regular Rate
Rush Service – 1 Hour or less 50% add to Regular Rate
Nights and Weekends Service – 2 Times or Double the Regular Rate, (weeknights after 6 p.m. & weekends)
Holiday Service - 3 Times or Triple the Regular Rate
Weight Charge – 50lbs Free, the $.03 per lb
We service the Shelby County, TN and surrounding areas and a 1 hour minimum is required (unless using one of our Special Discounts below). Outside of Area Services are available, call for details.
Rates do not include cost of purchases.
Reservations are made first come first served.
All service requiring a vehicle is subject to a mileage fee of .58 per mile after the first 15 miles.
Payment is required once services are completed unless prior arrangements are made.
Special Discounts:
We offer a 10% discount to Seniors (65 and older) & anyone who is Homebound or Disabled.
For our clients who use our Pet and House Sitting Services & live in the service area, we offer the following discounts and waive the after hours and weekend fees.
If using our "wait" service, the 1st hour is $24.00 and each subsequent hour is $12.00.
For clients who have prescriptions that are paid for and ready for pickup at the pharmacy, and can be handled within 30 minutes, the fee is $15.00.
Payment Options:
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, cash, checks, & money orders. If purchases exceed $100.00, payment may be requested in advance.
There is a $25.00 fee on returned checks.
You have the option of providing cash, a check on a local bank, PayPal sent by email or you may call ahead and pre-purchase your items by credit or debit card.
There is a 10% of the purchase price fee charged for any items purchased for you by Khaotic-less.
You will be given an estimate of your cost at the time you make your reservation.
Keep in mind this is only an estimate and all services are specialized for each person.
You may pre-pay your estimate if you like with cash or PayPal.
